korang semua mebbe tau la aku bertunang dah ngan taruna pilihan pada 29/11/2008 haritu…

i got some mixed reaction from it…some are truly happy for me, some are curious to c who the ‘lucky’ sonofobitch is, and quite a few who utter their concern over the matter…

the issues are:-

whether i’m being too hasty, whether it’s out of desperation etc…whether time is running out…my biological clock is ticking…tick tock, tick tock…so on and so forth…

the reason for this pre-union is known only to me…and him…it’s a secret tt even both of us have no answer of…

if i were to tell all and sundry it’s love on first sight…well, me myself is a bit dubious of the notion…well, we only known each other for 3mths b4 getting engaged…

my fiance convinced himself tt it’s love at first sight…well for me, it’s more of a chemistry thing…of course i love him…sure, but…the first sight thing…well…

but don’t get me wrong, i am a seriously romantic person…i’m a GIRL remember!!!

and for as long as i lived i always tot tt i’ll marry someone tt i have chemistry with…i’ve met a lot of guys whose wc i have chemistry with, but this one guy is different…i dunno how to explain…from the offset…he’s all wrong for me…and not exactly the type i was looking for…BUT

…i guess god IS funny tt way and he DO have plans for all of us… 

guess i’m gonna have to stick around to see it…

i dunno what’s the world esp malaysia coming to right now…every day there’s sensational pieces published in the newspaper…more alarming is that it that the level of vocality among Malaysian have rise considerably…it doesn’t go unnoticed by me who are ‘forced’ to read newspaper everyday(mainly by the fact that it is placed strategically in front of me or on my desk every morning)..so as i was not an avid reader of the local newspaper, i cannot ascertain as to when the right to be heard had reach a higher level of aggressiveness where not only salient issue is debated, but now, people are dragging issue from out of nowhere to be tossed in front of public eyes which causes unnecessary uproar and anxiety…

it is alarming that we nowadays tend to look at an unimportant matters which already are in the past (like the 13th may incident…i do agree it is an important mark in our history and something to be greatly noted and learned from…but it is in the past and theres no point dragging it out again…the burden of proving the crimes done on that day may well be extinct by now…not to mention it will drag for years and years and in the end, it will be a loss of Government own money). instead, we shouldn’nt overlook more important issues like price of goods, shortage of food supplies etc,etc, which is something that we can fix or sort out…

such a gossipy title…hahahah…mesti korang bkk blog ni juz in the hope of finding one piece of gossipy writing…

u ppl r not far from the truth though…i did intend to write abt Gossip Girl, a new series aired on 8TV if i’m not mistaken…

only one comment…why does it have to be set in a high society?…orang-orang kampung tak bergosip ke?…hahahahah

kalo korang nak tau…aku krg dah keje kerajaan, jadi SAR kat KB…so ramai la loyer2 kawan2 aku masuk ngadap ngan muka 20sen je…aku paham perasaan diorang sebab aku ingat time aku kena ngadap SAR dulu, berpeluh2 gak…tapi aku heran la…ramai gak loyer2 tak disiplin…aku ingat time aku chambering dulu, punyala beria2 kena siapkan hujah sebab tarikh keputusan dah dekat…ini..tarikh keputusan dah lapse, baru nak enter hujah…nak je aku strike out tapi kesian pulak…hehehe…

beza nar dari time belajar kan…aku ingat masa hons dulu kalu tak siap assignment kena potong markah…esp yang chik on company…hantar file lambat sejam pun da potong markah…

oklah…setelah sekian lama aku tak blog, byk pulak idea…tapi keje atas meja ni melambai2 mintak dibuat…

oh my god!!!as i look at the last time i wrote in the blog…its beeen agess ago….that was when i’m still in uitm….what can i say…been bz as a bee lately…..i’ve started my chambering 2 weeks ago and i’m in shah alam staying wit frens as i started to file those cumbersome borang 1 n 2.pagi tadi nana g putrajaya to serve the form to AG….punyelah jauh aku datang just for the sake of getting that stupid date stamp and dalam 1 mins je it’s done….but yesterday was a different story when i filed those borang wit help from the famous mr murali….penat siot…mcm2 tak kene…hate those procedures!!!!who made them up anyway… i also have to wait until 2pm to file those borang to BAR council…tserempak ngan pn. hendon but luckily she didnt see me…..tp sempat gak drop by kat that little second hand bookstore in CM in the meantime!!!those who really know me wld understand my fixation with romance books!!!….actually i have a lunch date wif suzy at 2 today…so i write the blog juz to kill time….its now half past one…so i better be going now…..till later….wif luv,Lia(btw…that’s my new nickname…they call me that@the office)……hmmmmmm

WHAT SPOILT MY MOOD(A LITTLE) IS THAT I’M GOING TO BRING HOME WITH ME ASSIGNMENTS FOR THE SEM BREAK….SUPRISE, SUPRISE. hai…..its been a long time, i should’ve left u…..kih…kih(thats ripped from arwah Aaliyah punya starting lagu)…..oh….what a life…..i had just finished beronggeng ngan elna kat sacc(she shouldve gone to an induction meeting, but she forgots….)….tu ar…Only Mee sedapkan!!!heheheh.

now i have abt half an hour before pn Hendon’s ethics class started… so, i went down here to kill the remaining time by blogging(i did tell mr rajes that i blogged neway)….

tuesdays are beastly days for hons part 2 students….we have classes from 8.30a.m till 9.00 p.m discounting the fact that we also have loads of assignments, presentations and whatnot to sort after the class ends…alas, 2.5 mths more to go….anyway, i wanted ms yang chik to see my draft of letter of advice but it turns out that time is short and her class ended before i can submit my dratf to her….

yesterday, i picked up my cpu that i left last friday in the cc bcos its infected by brontok….so, the cpu need reformatting, as u ppl must know and i end up paying rm50, just because i neglected to update my virus definition…so moral of the story is that, do update your virus definition….it’s not that hard, especially for us bdk2 hons yang ada internet connection in the class….thus, if u update, there’ll be no virus and the likeliness of infecting other people’s computer also cease…..

dan jangan lupa…induction ahad ni…..kita buli diorg ramai2…hahhahahahah

i had read diyana’s comment about gol and gincu the series….i happens to watch that one particular episode, so i know what she’s written about….mind u, i’m not into malay soap-opera@series, because i’m more into latins series (the clothes, dancing,hot males etc). the first time i watched the series is the first episode i think, and i could only last 10 minutes before changing channels….i thought, this is vain….but just by sheer luck, however, i had watched that particular episode(the one diyana described abt) and that got me thinking, gosh, malay drama had gone a step further in introducing new elements in their stories….gone was the lame storyline, dialogue(try the gerak khas dialogue), better picture quality (but who am i to talk abt pic quality, just that i like the tone better…hihi) with the urbanized actor/actresses …..

although i don’t think that it’s something bad, i reluctantly agrees with the comment from diyana….why reluctant?….i guess that i understand the director/writer needs to improvise on choices of words…and i think that the choice of sentence uttered by the actor ”pompuan macam tu elok kena rogol je" do get spoken in real world by males (and sometimes malicious females) and the director only wants the series to be more realistic …..pushing aside the trademark as a courteous Malaysian, there’s nothing wrong in a change, really. when i first heard it uttered, i hadn’t think of anything mal except that "wow, this is truly a chauvinistic sentence". but later, i think that i was made familiar with this kind of sentence from watching foreign series @ movies (usually from the US ) to realise the impact of those words on our youngsters….

now, how can we be familiar with this rude utterences? it’s entirely new to our tv scenes…..that is the result of strong influences from the west…yesssss…blame the west…..hahahaha……i know the G&g series, and a few others like it wanting to experiment on new approaches…a more fresh new ideas. but they have to keep in mind the as Malaysian we have to (bla..bla…bla…the usual ‘advice’)….in another context, do we want to be known as a country same with another?….we should be proud of our tradition, we think before we speak, as i see this kind of series have a heavy influence upon the youngsters, they will think that something like that is ok. it will be copied again and again till there’s no more courteousness that we’re so proud of…gone was the ‘adat’ that we put great stock in…..

we don’t have to be rude to be urban…and what’s wrong to be kampung anyways….why is there so much need to ‘get urban’? however, i don’t like the way the lead actress(name’s fazura i think) talk…like so mengada-ngada…..it didn’t strike me as natural at all….and must i remind here that not all urbanites act like that…..she just get into futsal to get her boyfriend back isn’t it?….i don’t know abt u but that kind of behaviour really make me ‘meluat’.

all in all….it’s an ok series i think….but we cannot tiru the mat sallehs….sbb if we tiru too much it will become mengada2 and i for one cannot stomach that…..know why?…sbb Melayu is not like that….sedar2lah diri tu….hahahahahahah…org putih xpelah sbb datuk nenek diorg pun dah korup…..hahhahahah…..datu nenek kita beradab sopan….try to think of that sometime ok….i’m off now….till next time….huhu…..

hi….i had typed a full blog, until my pc suddenly turned off….it’s been like that since it had broken down…and now i have to be cautious and…bloody patient and forgiving to write another blog…..
i haven’t blog for a while, half a year to be precise….it’s the study thing, i told ya….it’s been interfering with my writings and my social life….not that i’ll win pulitzer prize or anything, but i just love to write….and there come the uitm law school computers in it’s computer lab which restrict almost everything…..
i had read a couple of blogs from izyan and diyana….izyan…aku dengki kat kau…she keeps winning all this fabulous prices and from what i read, she won another contest, again….jeez girl, could ya at least lend me some of your luck?…i haven’t got any…and to win the blog for the week, or is it day?….i wonder how she did it?

it’s so cold here….the water is like ice….it’s a hardship even to shower…i’m typing while listening to James Brown-it’s a mans world….thinking of chauvinistic prigs out there…believe me…there’s a lot of them out there….but i’m such an optimist that i belive that not all men is like that….but hey, like in this song, man needs a woman…etc…and a woman makes a better man….well, it’s really true….

hey, this coldness reminds me of christmas…as i’m no listening to all i want for christmas is you….da du dum du da….hmmmm….to all my christian friends…Merry Christmas….

well,well,well…what have we here….let see, let see, shall we….actually i haven’t a niggling idea what i wanna write….as usual, i will go on rambling what come across my mind as i type….isn’t that FUN…hihi…well…now’s holiday….i got a month(comsi comsa) in front of me to laze around….before i pursue my studies(again), or i just call it quits and pursue my ambition…

talking about ambition, i’m one of the few people who have no proximate goal…i mean, i know what i’m doing but i don’t know where this will land me….come to think of it….should i really continue my studies or just move on…a lot of people my age had been working for a year now,hell, i even got my friends scattered overseas, working…what fun….

whatever it is, i shall continue my studies, given the chance…had done so for 5 years now, so what the hell…what a few years to me anyway…not like i’m gonna get married now or anything….

enuff said about studies…it’s holiday….i’ve been home nearly 5 days now…it’s so cold and chilly i’d think i live in London, which i was not. actually i live in Pantai Timur and now is the monsoon season, so we’re kind of housebound now….actually, i’d like to go to the Monsoon Cup where all the yatch and boats are…but the season make me lazy to venture outside….nice huh!!!

my friends in LLb.Hons are now, as i’m writing is doing their cta…so goodluck to y’all….

err…i was invited for two wedding this December, but i guess i have to pass, sorry i could’nt make it….

have you guys watch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire….being a fan, i’m kinda crushed because i haven’t done so…feels like a fraud when i told everyone im a fan and did’nt even go to watch the movie….well now, i think i’ll just buy the cd…..hmmm…it’s sad,very very sad.

seems like a lot of new movies for this december that i like to watch….e.g harry potter(of course), aeonflux,pontianak HSM II and lots more that i could’nt think of now….err…

with all this rain and chills i feels like i’m hibernating or something…so, lastly i’d like to say, wake me up when december ends…..ciao
